You are still at a campground, so hookups are common. One RV, one site; extra people are a park charge.
What the 50% does not cover

Space available, and the notes that bite
Not guaranteed. Official FAQ: “No, access to Passport America campgrounds is on a space available basis.”
Read Important Campground Notes before you drive. Official tips: read that section “thoroughly before contacting the campground.” Notes set nights, days, seasons, holidays, and how you reserve. Some parks allow monthly; “some overnight for the 50% discount.” FAQ stay length: “unlimited, up to 2 weeks, a week, a few nights, or just overnight.”
Call, and say you are PA. Some parks require reservations; some take cash only at the PA rate. Extra charges often follow the asterisk (*).
A listed park can still give you $0 off on a Saturday in July. The notes are the product.
Break-even vs a $50 night
$50 regular × 50% = $25 saved. The $49 card is about two discounted nights — if those nights actually qualify. You still paid $25 to sleep there: cheap hookups, not free camping. Tax and extras can erase a “two-night” win. If the notes blacklist your dates, the card bought nothing.
