The sentence that is the product
While there is no limit to the total number of nights that you may use your Thousand Trails Camping Pass each year, we do set a maximum of 14 consecutive days for any particular stay at one of our resorts. Additionally, if your stay exceeds four consecutive nights, you must wait for seven nights before you stay again at any resort.
What the sales script skips: the wait is at any resort. You cannot finish 14 nights in Oregon and check into Washington the next morning. Park-to-park is on the monthly tiers. Four nights or fewer do not trigger the gap. Chart: “14 Days In / 7 Days Out,” 60 days ahead, 14 nights per reservation, no advertised yearly cap.

Five regions: Northwest, Southwest, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast. Each has 8–23 campgrounds. “Over 200 RV resorts & campgrounds” is the network plus The Trails Collection add-on, not one region. Map as rendered Aug 29, 2026:

The $475 clock
By August 31, 2026: $475 first year ($300 off the $775 list). First year only, new customers, cannot combine with other promotions. Taxes and fees extra. You sign a Camping Pass Agreement. Today is Saturday, August 29, 2026. Promo ends Monday.

Fine print fights itself. Promo legal: 12 monthly installments if you commit to two years. FAQ: monthly “is not available in conjunction with our discounted offers.” Unresolved — if $475 is why you are buying, pay the year up front. Excludes existing members; MHC Property Management, L.P. employees and affiliates; residents of Minnesota, Mississippi, and South Dakota. Amenities vary. Money-back: website or call center, first 30 days after you sign or after a stay of not more than two consecutive nights, whichever comes first. Covers purchaser, spouse, and dependent children age 23 and under who live at home or attend school away. Guests under separate rules. Campsites hold up to 10 persons. Guest fees not independently verified.
Break-even against a boring $50 night
- $475 promo: ten avoided $50 nights cover year one. Year two at $775 needs sixteen.
- Two full 14-night sits (28 nights plus the mandatory week between) is $1,400 against $475.
- Eight long weekends in one region (16 nights, no gap) covers the promo year if they land in that region, booked 60 days out, with space.
- A second region at $140 only after the first earns its keep. It does not remove the gap week.
Thirty nights in one region: yes. Ten nights across three time zones: no, even at $475.

Journey is $163 × 12 = $1,956 a year plus $500 down in year one, before tax, against a $475 Camping Pass. Two years (the minimum) is north of $4,000.
